Super rude staff! Need new management! I would never treat the customers the way they do. From now on I’ll be going to the other one because I never have an issue when I go to the other one by Ollie’s. The staff is always way more friendlier and there’s never stockpiles in the middle of the aisles. You can barely get through the aisles sometime because of all the stuff and they don’t wear their masks at the one on Reed. I once heard the manager say he doesn’t enforce the staff to wear them there.
I absolutely LOVE THIS STORE! It's ALWAYS clean & well stocked & the sales associates ALWAYS GO ABOVE& BEYOND too help you find what you need. Today the store manager PERSONALLY explained an unknown product to me that will be EXTREMELY helpful at home. THANK YOU!

I always find what I need at Dollar Tree. Obviously, the prices are good. Staff are friendly. The only problem is that there is usually only 1 person at the registers . This is true at bot Dollar Tree locations in Kokomo, Indiana.
