Walked in the store and was greeted by the manager, I believe her name was Rachel. She was very friendly and welcoming! When we pulled up my account she discovered a way I could save on my monthly bill and also add a tablet, I had no idea! It was really refreshing to have a sales person actually try and save me money on my bill without trying to just make money off me. She gave me a few options and in the end, I chose the Samsung Tab A 8.4 and the $10 savings. While she worked on my account, we had some good conversation which I really enjoyed. I can definitely tell why she is the manager. I'd give my experience a 10 out of 10 stars if I could. Definitely going back there for all my Verizon needs.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I was able to get all the information on replacing my phone really fast and helped figure out what the best option to do would be!
Called to get information on purchasing IPhone. Eager to make a purchase I had to keep asking questions to get sales rep to act interested in making a sale. She said she was with a customer and would call me back. I said, “please do!” I knew immediately after we got off the phone that she wasn’t going to return my call. She didn’t even ask for my name or number. Awesome customer service. Much appreciated.
Best Verizon store I’ve seen yet!! Purchased my family plan through them and switched from T-Mobile. They made the process seamless! Rachel was extremely helpful and patient with our switch over!!
