Prompt response. Chad got right to work. Piano had not been tuned in five years. Sounds great! Scheduled for 6 months to come again. Price reasonable!
I have a 1903 family heirloom piano. The nearest service I called for tuning and repair wouldn’t even look at my vintage piano. Chad was willing to come out and did such a wonderful job tuning and repairing, at a very reasonable price. I am thrilled and Chad is such a pleasant man.
Chad answered my call right away and scheduled me in at a time convenient for me. He was very professional and did a great job. Will definitely call him to tune my piano next time as well!
I purchased an old baby grand that hadn't been tuned in years. Chad did a fantastic job tuning it and repairing a few keys that were sticking. He was very friendly, professional and punctual. He communicated extremely well, both for the appointment and for what work needed to be done. He allowed me to watch and explained the piano's condition and history. He knows his stuff and is the best technician I have ever had !!!! Thank you Chad and I look forward to next time.
