Good service. Always makes it easy to get in and out. Even in a pandemic. Always happy with my visit.
I'm not the biggest fan of Best Buy because I don't think it's cheap at all! We went there for an apple charger. I didn't feel like running around to other stores looking for a good one.nStaff is always extremely helpful.
I bought a new laptop.nI thought it would takes me 10 min to pick it up.nWhat a mess! I spent 1 hour going back and forth.nThe worst was the manager. She could not answer 1 question and she was very rude. I left upset with time wasted.
Went in to find a keyboard. It was helpful that the keyboards were out to test. However, i found the descriptions lacking. I was lookung for a wireless one and it was very difficult to determine which ones where so. I left without buying anything.
Had to buy Laptops fo my 2 middle school girls.Anthony was great. I was able to check the system, and try out the response time. Very satisfied. Looked at a computer for myself. Found one that I liked. My wife was with me and I ended up buying 4 Laptops this morning.
