Had a positive experience upgrading my phone at this location. They were patient and answered all of my questions - as well as offered opportunities for follow up communication if any problems arise.
Poor customers service!! The manager promised me refunds for a service add on costing $15 a month which he talked me into having. I was told I can trying it out and he’d credit me for the first 3 months, just give him a call he said. Well I called.. 5 times!! I was told he wasn’t there each time, and this is within the span of a month (not within a day or days). I left detailed messages for him with Eric, and he never returned my call and never credited the money. It’s amazing how great service is when they’re helping you get a new phone or switch to their service! After you’re “locked in” you’re just a number.

Went into this store for a different trial due to the fact i have had issues at different stores and I will say that Brandon and staff was very good to me. I had been calling the store off and on for a bit doing my research on what phone to get and when it came time to pull the trigger on this purchase they worked as a team and answered all my questions questions, got my phone set up, and let me hang on to my phone that I was jumping out of just to make sure I didn't miss any of my apps before resetting it. Excellent service all around.
