JB Hunt was contracted by Lowe's to deliver my washing machine today. Never showed up during my delivery window and they lied to Lowe's claiming they had attempted delivery. I called JB Hunt and they claimed that the driver left me a voicemail and came to the door, neither of which happened. When I called Lowe's to reschedule my delivery the customer service rep said I was the third person that morning who had called about JB Hunt drivers skipping delivery and lying about their attempt. So incredibly unprofessional.
Work right next door to the place wish I wouldn't get these things everyday
Had one of their drivers run me off the road after he picked the wrong lane. Shouldnt have a job driving a truck if hes too stupid to use his mirrors
