Our experience with Extra Space in Fishers was excellent. The staff was friendly and very helpful whenever we called and addressed all of issues. We chose this storage facility for location and ease of use. Having a climate controlled unit inside that did not require the use of an elevator was key. This made move in and move out much easier and quicker. We would use them again if needed storage.
This was such a great experience. I have three storage units and I was vacating 1/3. Chanele was awesome. She not only unlocked the door to “allow” me to enter the business office (pandemic has changed so much) but she also allowed me to use their restroom. I mentioned I would sweep out my unit and she said oh don’t worry about that I will take care of that for you. So so nice and courteous of her.nShe is a consummate professional. Just got off the phone with Chanele, the whole process of renting a storage unit from Extra Space was smooth, easy, and friendly! Had my unit code within 10 minutes of filling out the form online. More affordable than some of the bigger names. Highly recommended!
