Mattress Firm Salem

Came in to get a mattress and frame because we just moved and I just really wanted to thank Austin T Miller for helping us out! Also thank you to Andrew Wolf who helped us decide on what we wanted previously from another store. You were both really amazing and I’m glad that I came here instead of ordering online or just going with a brand directly through the sites! Cant thank you both enough! thank you thank you thank you!!! If anyone ever gets the chance to meet these two, you’ll be well taken care of :) Austin made calls to schedule a delivery on a day that wasn’t originally available because of how our work schedules were. Also thoroughly explained the costs and all of the protection plans that went with everything. Honestly just a really great experience and 10/10 recommend! Hope this review was enough to help people decide on what to do! I really rely on reviews because I wanna make the best choice and I like to be honest so that no one ever makes a decision they regret. 10/10 would recommend, thank you again :) can’t wait!

I came in this evening looking to buy a replacement box spring for my current bed. Austin’s friendly personality and knowledge of all the products encouraged me to get into the bed of my dreams I’ve been putting off for years. Austin wasn’t pushy in his sales tactics and didn’t try pressuring me into a mattress or product I didn’t want. I’m extremely happy I stumbled into mattress firm tonight and will be recommending Austin to all my friends and family that are looking to get into a new mattress this holiday season.

I only rated it 3 stars because I have not purchased a mattress through them yet. I have no problem with this store, but wanted to check other stores for pricing. The saleswoman, Tabitha, was awsome! She was patient and very carefully explained details about the mattresses and how to use the adjustable bed with motor underneath. I do think they're a little expensive, but I have not checked them enough to know whether their quality is very high, which it very well may be.

After going to another mattress store and feeling like I was pushed out the door because my budget was to low I stopped at mattress firm. the sales associate Tabitha was absolutely amazing she worked with my budget and was able to find the right mattress and adjustable base for my husband and I. I will return next time I need a mattress and I hope to work with Tabitha again.

Austin the salesman was very friendly, knowledgeable of the mattresses. And helped us find & purchase what we were looking for. We would definitely refer others to this store.
