These guys did a great job of delivering and demonstrating our new sleeper sofa. Came within 30 min of the top of their delivery window and were careful and efficient and pleasant. Nice guys.nWe checked all over town and this was the best made furniture by far!!! Yes, it was more expensive but you really get what you pay for!!I believe that the extra money is worth the far superior materials and construction.

Went in to check out recliners that weren't rocking or gliding type. We found a lot of reasonably priced recliners in the $500-600 range, but all of these were rocking or gliding. Disappointed.nThe salesman Laren, was very helpful and was helpful in finding chairs that suited my needs, but those chairs cost at least $900 and more. He introduced me to chairs that had lifts to a standing position also, these started at around $1,000.nAll chairs are made in the USA and are madewith high quality. They can be made to suit each customer within certain limits.nIf a chair is made for you it can take up to 12 weeks, which is standard for the industry at various furniture stores we checked out.nThey do have a clearance area also, which has good sales prices also.nI rated this a 4 because they didn't have that many non rocking chairs. I asked why, and he said the elderly, or the mobility challenged, generally use the lift chairs.

Jessica was caring, knowledgeable and made recommendations based on our specific needs. My husband has special medical needs and she was mindful of that, ensuring she expedited the process. It was a wonderful experience and I can highly recommend the Salem La-Z-Boy store.nnThe delivery guys were great! Called to let us know they were almost here. Very nice, careful. Explained everything and demonstrated for us how it worked. Lots of communication prior to delivery and they were well within the timeframe.
