Kelly's Appliances

We recently had the pleasure of buying a range and fridge at Kelly's. Aaron Straight was very patient in helping us through the process. We never felt pressured in any way and walked away feeling excited and comfortable about our purchase. We paid Kelly's to have their technician install a water line to the fridge. He got it done in about 30 minutes! The appliances were delivered by James and his team in a friendly and efficient manner! I highly recommend Kelly's for their friendliness, thorough communication and great customer service!

Great customer service, great sales right now. We walked in at 615pm and they close @7pm but we had no other time to go in this week b4 Turkey day and when all over are appliances went out with days of each other. Are oven went out on Friday and out Fridge went out late Saturday early Sunday. Kelly's I'd closed on Sundays. Todd E was great not mad at staying later, was knowledgeable, helpful. This is my 3rd time going to Kelly's and I have always had a great experience. Yeah, maybe some places might be a little cheaper but don't offer the same service or perks .

My Washer broke, and with a 3yr old at home I needed it repaired right away. The repairman told me it's time to buy a new Washer. So I headed to the big Box stores, very disappointed nothing in stock, up to 3 months wait to have one shipped. My boss at Tim's Carpets Gary told me head to Kelly's, they will help you and boy he was right. You had a wonderful washer in stock ready to pick up Tammi my sales person was amazing. She got me all set up I have a new washer the next day. I'm excited and a new loyal customer, in the future I will always head to Kelly's first and not waste my time on the big Box stores. We recently purchased a new washer and dryer from Kelly’s and I would highly recommend supporting this local company if you are in the market for appliances. We chose to purchase from Kelly’s specifically to support the positive interaction we had with Bryan, an employee who has had a lengthy career at Kelly’s. Bryan gave us incredible customer service and steered us towards a few options that would fit our needs. He provided extremely thorough knowledge on all the models we were looking at while in store, and was available for follow-up emails and phone calls on additional product questions we had for him. We could have gotten the same models we were looking at for slightly cheaper and quicker from some local big box stores, but we waited out the back-ordered units from Kelly’s ( due to high demand during COVID shortages ) specifically due to the level of customer service and knowledge that we got from Bryan M at Kelly’s. Thank you for making us feel comfortable and educating us well on what we needed! We are very pleased with our new GE laundry pair. Support Local!

Very easy to use app. Great response time. They came up with the same model I found on home depots website at essentially the same price. I can't go beyond this as product has not as yet been delivered and installed.
