Fantastic service! Very friendly, helpful and no pressure at all! Bill and Terry answered all of our questions and listened carefully to what we wanted and needed. We got the most beautiful dining set and bedroom set I’ve ever seen and I’m absolutely in love! They have a huge variety and many different aesthetics available. Furniture Gallery NW is my new favorite furniture store! I will be back for sure!

Bill was very helpful and informative while we shopped. I loved that they actually had couches in stock, unlike the rest of the stores that are 8-20 weeks out. We found exactly what we were looking for at very reasonable prices. Definitely would recommend!

My wife and I were looking for recliners or a couch set. We worked with Terry. He was great. He was attentive but not overbearing and we didn't feel pressured. The first day we had been to several stores and this place was on the end of that day. After all that we had saw that day we needed time to think about it. We went back there the next day and decided to purchase a very nice couch set. They had it to our home in very short order. So fast that we were not quite ready yet. Here is were the delivery people took the experience over the top. They were fantastic and moved our old furniture to the garage for us and set our new couches up inside. Trust me, getting it in was not easy to do due to the house layout. If you are looking for furniture you should definitely put this place on your places to look. Good people to work with.

Terry was extremely helpful and pointed us in the direction of couches that were both in our price range and matched our desired style. The owners went above and beyond to deliver our couch set the next day. The delivery company truck broke down and the owners delivered it themselves knowing that we had no furniture. I would highly recommend shopping here if you want a good deal and are trying to find a place that has items in stock!

Bill worked with us around our budget, and we were able to get our couch to fit our family. Would and will recommend furniture gallery. They aren’t here for the sale, they are here for the customer satisfaction. Loved the place, love the couch!
