Clark was absolutely amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Was able to save me $$ on my entire account. Also very accessible after the in-store experience as he was able to walk me through a problem via the phone. One stop shopping from now on with Clark!

I purchased a new phone for my son that operated on a 5G network, at home we couldn’t get it activated, I called last minute into the store and ask for assistance.nThe staff was beyond accommodating.nWes, took his time in applying the necessary applications and after markets to our phones—nClark was able to provide very useful information in a very quick, efficient, and accommodating fashion!!nnThe store exemplifies customer service and & interacting with customers, effectively, should go.nnAlso, Verizon Corporate should come and spend time within THIS store—to realize original, and authentic customer service never goes out of style. I should not have to give my blood sample and wait in line to buy a phone case. But, apparently Verizon would rather waste your time & money...

I can't praise Jonathan Cooper enough for the excellent service he gave me. When I called, he quickly scheduled an appointment for me and then during the appointment made calls to Verizon on my behalf, fixed my phone, transferred all my data and made sure all the features were working before I left the store. Not only was he knowledgeable and proficient, Jonathan was a joy to deal with. He was respectful, kind, encouraging and extremely polite. He even texted me later that day to make sure everything was working with my phone.nPreviously I had gone to another Verizon location twice and spent over 10 hours of online chats with Verizon without any issues being resolved but Jonathan fixed everything in less than 30 minutes. I regret that I had bought my phone at the other store. I guarantee I will be traveling to the TCC Verizon store at Hazel Dell Crossing in the future and highly recommend you do as well. Thank you, Jonathan, for the GREAT customer service!!!
