Excellent excellent excellent! The team here is amazing! We have been shopping for the right couch for nearly two months and we’re starting to get discouraged, not to mention the order timeline for things right now because of COVID. This store sells right off of their showroom floor and restocks regularly! The salesmen were both the exact kind you want. Knowledge, helpful, genuine, but also skilled salespeople who knew how to ask for the sake without pressuring or guilting you into anything. A rare find anymore. We could not be more pleased with our purchase or the service we received. And a HUGE plus, local family owned and most of their product is made in the USA. Ours was made right here in Oregon! ❤ufe0f
Bought a lovely recliner but after I moved over 250 miles away I had a problem . I called the store and they helped me find the problem. First we thought it was he remote so they called the manufacturer and they sent a new one. Not the problem. So they called the manufacturer again and they sent a new converter that plugs in and it worked!nThanks Scott for all your great customer service!

I rarely post reviews, but Woodry's deserves one. I purchased a recliner a couple of years ago and it broke around a month ago. Their store was closed because of the virus, so I emailed them. They called me right away, and emailed the factory for a new part. The factory was closed, but Woodry's continued to keep me up to date. Once the factory opened, the part was sent and they came to my house and fixed it, and all they charged was shipping. They also repadded the chair, and it feels better now than when I brought it. This has been the best service I have received in many years. Highly recommended.
