Went in to get my phone replaced. Eduardo was extremely helpful and made the process super easy. He went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the best deal, and he answered all of my questions. Love my new phone!
My wife and I needed new phones so we went in yesterday and worked with Zac Neeley. Zac gave us all the information we needed to select our new phones. They did not have the model we selected at that store, so Zac drove to a nearby store and picked up the phones for us. Zac helped us through the whole process of moving our old data to our new phones. Our phones are wonderful and the entire experience was great. Kudos to Zac for being so helpful to us.
This is not a Verizon owned store! There is a Verizon sign outside building so we thought this was a verizon owned store. Very misleading advertising. We didn't know this was Cellular Sales until we got receipt for our new phones. Too late now but we will know better next time!
Working with Caitlan at the store at hwy 37 & 136th was the best. She made it super easy getting my 2 new phones, protection, and accessories. And, she is extremely patient in answering questions and helping me set up phones. 5 stars just is not enough, she needs a 6th!
If you are considering a new cell phone provider or are in the market to get a new phone PLEASE stop by this Verizon store! I had an excellent experience and received the BEST customer service! I stopped by four minutes before they were closing (I know super rude of me) just to ask a few questions and get an idea of how much it would cost per month, what was included in that plan and the cost for a new phone comparable to what I currently have. When I walked in I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman by the name of Codey. Even though they were getting ready to close Codey welcomed me in and was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I am not big on change and the idea of not only getting a new phone but a new provider was extremely intimidating but after talking to Codey I feel very confident that he will make this change a very positive one for me! I asked if he had a business card and he said I'll give you my cell number. After I left a few other questions came up so I texted him not expecting a response considering it was after hours but he responded within seconds. Talk about going above and beyond! It's not everyday you receive GREAT customer service or someone that is so knowledgeable and helpful! Thank you so much Codey!
