I expected a good experience after reading reviews but was even more pleased after visiting the store. Mark is very helpful and delivers a much lower pressure sales experience than I’ve been accustomed to at my local store. He helped me pick out a guitar that I am extremely pleased with and gave me a few options and explained the differences. Thank you Mark, you gained a repeat customer.
Excellent customer service and Guitar selection. I traded my Standard Martin in for a Custom, Mark went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied, got a fair price for my trade, and got it shipped out to me right away. A couple weeks ago I decided to purchase my first acoustic guitar here at Reno's instead of Guitar Center (or anywhere else), mainly because of the price. At Reno's, the guitar I was looking for (Fender CD60) was $40 less than it is at Guitar Center or any other music store. Not only was it cheaper, but the salesperson that assisted me (his name was Scott) was very helpful and informative with any questions that I had. Cheaper prices+great employees= happy customer. I will definitely come back! Thanks Reno's!
Great place to shop. Drove 2 hrs just to see the best selection of Martin's within 200 miles. Would drive it again in a heartbeat for a new Martin. Mark was very helpful and very friendly. All around grade A music store.
