Didn't have what I needed. Office Max did.

Customer service was not very helpful and more woried about what is cell phone was doing.

The fellow that helped with the components I was tracking down was very educated in what was available and was quite willing to be of service. He took the time to make sure all bases were covered and even recommended other alternatives for my consideration. Deeply appreciated.

Always great service, David who works in the electronics/tvs helped me so much and was so patient. Weekend are so busy and the wait is horrible. I mean I waited 45 minutes for someone to help but I get it everyone is there to buy items for the holidays so I recommend going on weekdays before 4pm if possible. Returns are easy and not complicated at all

I was assisted today by a rep by the name of Kat she was working in the Apple section of the store. She did a great job of helping everyone that had questions about Apple products and even went to search in the back of the store for an Apple Watch that I was interested in buying, it was not available in store but she offered to order it for me. I was running short on time and will be back later today to order or maybe purchase one that is available. Either way she had a very good impression on me.
