Customer service was great while in the store but once upon delivery timing set around the house for at least three hours and counting they tell someone they’re gonna be there around 12 PM and we set a time and they’re not considerate of other peoples lives or schedules worst delivery and worst experience I’ve ever had I do not recommend this facility to anyone. Customer service horrible delivery wise communication with their delivery drivers is not recommendable in order to run a business you must have communication with all departments at all times do not set an appointment with a customer and then not be there at the set time of the appointment that is very disrespectful to everyone in the community and it will definitely take away business from your company

Friendly staff, decent selection and if they don't have it, they can order it or let you know where you can get one.

Love them! Love the staff!! Even though we got there a hour before we closed they did everything so we could go home with our couches and bed set that day! They also found me a PS4 for a suprise gift for my husband and had it ordered and sent here for me!! Great customer service! They rock!

Disappointed that they can’t work with you when your hours are cut in half and have no other income due to COVID-19. I needed a 2 week extension and I was laughed at. She stated “yeah we can’t do that we need a payment or we will pick it up”. I absolutely understand, but I also didn’t choose for covid to happen. Real jerks.
