Theresa provides the best experience surpassing all my expectations, I couldn't think of 1 thing she could do to make the experience during a laser treatment any better. She's thoughtful, pleasant, intuitive, and friendly. Kurr has always been a great experience to shop products but I have usually received laser treatments at my old familiar places elsewhere. I decided to try the new Sciton laser and the experience was much better than other med spas who tend to treat you like a number in an assembly line. I never felt rushed with Theresa and the atmosphere was relaxing and special. I'm really looking forward to my next service.

I became a client at Kurr almost two and half years ago. I’ve always been treated with respect and kindness and made to feel that I’m a valued client. During my first visit (consultation), Amy was so kind to spend an hour with me, listening to my concerns and helping me to set treatment goals for my skin. Two and a half years later and my skin has not looked this good since I was a preteen. I also especially appreciate the level of customer service and professionalism I receive from all of the employees every time I’m in the spa. Having been in the hospitality industry for 17 years myself, I know that good customer service is hard to come by these days in general so it is especially noticed.
