Awfully delivery service. Do not recommend ordering furniture from them. I was scheduled to have a desk delivered days ago and tried to customer support to get assistance. Waited over 2 hours for an agent with no response. Tried a live chat where all that was told to me was that they have no tracking on the order. Beyond disappointed.

Second trip of the day. Seems like the guy working the copy & print center is just over his job. Just bothered by having to actually print out & Laminate something instead of just surfing on his computer. The manager this morning was great. But this guy here just needs to up his customer service skills more. Worst experience from a company focused on helping customers grow & operate there business. Definitely room to improve this experience.

I wanted to say that i appreciate the Office Depot policy of price matching its prices for 14 days on electronics. It would really be even better if it was an automatic process. If I buy a product from Office Depot and the price drops within 14 days, I should automatically be refunded the difference. That would be great customer service!nnRecently, I bought a Dell laptop for $439 from Office Depot and in 10 days it dropped to $369. On Sunday I went in the store in Carrnel, IN to get the difference refunded. A not so friendly older woman employee at first tried to tell me the policy was only good for 10 days. I explained she was not correct. Then she tried to tell me that I had to physically return the item. I again explained she was not correct and the policy is right in front of her on the counter. She gruffly walked away to talk to the manager. The friendly manager then came out and processed my refund. This older woman employee desperately needs retraining or needs to find another employer. Thank you.

I went to this store to make bulk copies for my practice. I spent much longer in the store than I intended. Asking an associate to help you is very bothersome to them and nobody bothered to ask me if I needed something while I’m wondering the isles looking for items of need. I spent about five minutes just looking for someone to help me. Customer service is very faulty. Not impressed. I attempted to do self service at the copy machine only to find out that I had too many copies to pay for them at the self-service machine. They told me they would have to override and I would have to pay for them at the front desk (which is fine if it didn’t take so long to figure that out). Then, the initial guy who tried to check me out didn’t know how to charge me for them. Spent over an hour in the store when I wanted to be in and out in 10 min!
