New phone, carrier change from Sprint and so much fuschia in the store! It could have gone so wrong, but Brandon was amazing and provided excellent customer service in activating my new phone. All the employees were polite and attentive. Thanks, guys! You were awesome!!

Wonderful Team, I worked with a guy they called Little Ed and it was the best service I have ever had! It was even his 1st week i couldn't believe it! Just amazing thanks little buddy!

I only go to this store for my phone or watch issues. I've been to a few different stores but the employees here have been the most helpful. I've had some weird problems such as the galaxy watch not pairing with pixel for watch cell service. They figured at least how to get the cell service to work for a few weeks, but in the end the combination does not work for cell service, so take note. And today I went in because my phone battery suddenly tanked and was not charging. While T-Mobile/Sprint couldn't help me out (boo giant cell phone corporations), the guys started doing research and found some information I hadn't come across yet, and the fix worked!nSo while they're hands are tied sometimes, they still continue to try and help, which is much appreciated.

I threatened to write a review, so I’m actually going to do it.nStopped in to upgrade my phone today, which should always be exciting, but, Skyler made it an even better and more exciting experience.nHe filled me in on some little tidbits I wasn’t aware of before. He definitely helped me out in a big way and made it a pleasant time, it didn’t feel like your typical phone store visit. Kudos to Skyler

I went in a couple days ago to get a new SIM card for a device and Skyler was extremely helpful! Unfortunately, it didn’t help the issue, and our iPhone was due for an upgrade anyway, so I went back in today and got helped by Jake and Corey. They were both awesome! They were both super friendly. Service was quick, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I was super impressed with how clean the store was, with the COVID situation, it was nice seeing a clean store, hand sanitizer everywhere, and even masks available if a customer didn’t have one.
