We had an excellent experience at Meridian Music, having stopped in several times over the course of a couple years before we finally made a purchase. Joe and Craig were very warm, engaging, and knowledgeable, and we never felt pressured in making our decision. We would highly recommend visiting Meridian Music if you are in the market for a piano, and especially a Steinway Piano.
Enjoyed our visit. The owner was very accommodating to our schedule. We felt at home in his store. We have not purchased yet, but will want to return here when we do.
I had a wonderful experience working with Craig at Meridian Music - he helped look up the serial number to identify the age of a very old piano we own and figure out what a comparable replacement cost would be. He was very knowledgeable and I could tell music and pianos were his passion! I would recommend this company to anyone.
Navigating the purchase of a new piano was a big decision for our church. Working with Craig has been a HUGE blessing and he made the process much easier for us! Meridian Music had a great selection of both new and used pianos and Craig went above and beyond to help us find the right piano that will meet our need for many years!
The entire process from the initial store visit to delivery & then performance of the piano was & has been fantastic and beyond our expectations. On our initial visit, we arrived ~10 minutes prior to close w/ our three young kids... Meridian Music could not have been any kinder spending the time with us, answering our questions while we tried to keep our little ones corralled well past an hour after stated close. Highly recommended!
