If I could give them a less than 1 star review, I would. I dropped off a laptop on a Thursday with assurance that I would hear from them that day with an estimate. I did not hear from them on Thursday, Friday or Saturday. I called on Monday and was guaranteed I would hear from them before the end of the day. I did not. I left a voicemail asking to be called first thing Tuesday morning. I was not. I called Tuesday afternoon only to be told that their voicemail wasn't working...funny, it seemed to record my message fine...but the tech just finished my estimate. After I received the estimate, I asked them when it could be done. When I left it 6 days previously, I was told it would be a 3-4 day repair. Now, I was told it would be done 11 days from now. I'm picking up my laptop and taking it elsewhere.
I went in to see if they could fix my charging port on my phone. After explaining what was going on with it the young man helping me asked to see it. He took back to the back and checked it out. After about 5 minutes he brought it back and said it was just dirty. He handed it back to me free of charge. I will be going back if I need any other repairs. Very honest.

Took my iPad in because my charger wouldn't go in. He took it back and fixed it in about 5 minutes. Didn't charge me anything. Honest, friendly, and good at what they do. What else could you ask for?
