Fantastic people...needed a laptop and was specifically looking for something refurbished, they were knowledgeable, patient and helpful. They took all my old data from my broken laptop and transferred to the newly purchased item. They were fast and efficient. The pricing was more than fair. Minor issuesn( that were my doing ) were handled cheerfully.nI would highly recommend this company and will do business with them again. I had the best experience at Indy Laptops. I broke my computer charger and the metal/plastic was stuck in the charger jack. Best Buy told me they could not fix it since the mother board was broken (it was not) at the store and that it would take me buying accidental insurance and sending it off to get fixed for 5 weeks, which was not possible since it was my work laptop. My co-worker told me about Indy Laptops- I brought it in immediately and Bob fixed it in an hour. I saved hundreds of dollars, time, and anxiety. Bob was very kind. Highly recommend- do not use the Geek Squad!
Good price for an HPZbook with 16gb of RAM. The owner gave me a 3 month warranty and told me if I need more RAM, just bring the computer back for a decent price. Overall, the prices are very good for computers. You don't have to go through the red tape of a retailer like Best Buy.
Had a relatively minor issue with a key that came off my laptop. Was worried there was a piece missing but brought it by and they got it reattached with no issues. Amazing service and super helpful!
My OS got corrupted and IndyLaptops saved the day. They were able to retrieve all my files before reinstalling my OS. My computer runs better than ever before! The were very professional, forthright and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
