One-Touch Automation

We have spent thousands of dollars for security cameras, movie theater, sound system with One Touch Automation for our 12,000 Sqf home.nWe have had problems with the cameras, false alarms, door bells, paging system. At the very beginning, they were friendly, helpful & response, but that is no longer the case! I admit, I don’t know anything about electronic specially the Lutron System which even most electrician don’t have a clue! Therefore, when I have called for a problem that I didn’t understand & when finding out that was a very simple fix, I was put down & belittled. I have been feeling like I’m walking on egg shells, & it has been harder & harder to call them, therefore, the problems have been compounded, but they are not responding. I finally got to the point that I confronted the person, & after saying he is sorry & such I thought it was going to get better but it got worse. ! I feel like I am being punished for finally let him know that I am not going to take it anymore! Now, I am not getting any service. Some of these problems are still existing from the beginning, they tried to fix it but it didn’t work, such as this big expensive dome camera was supposed to be focused on the back yard, but it’s not. Every time changes & for example, it is focused straight on the ground beneath the camera! Well, of course I don’t like it. The problem is that One Touch automation is the only company that knows about the system in our home, so I am at their mercy. My front door lights are not staying on! I had another electric company to install a couple light posts outside, but they did more damage & then I had to call One Touch ... & they sent a person who is a very nice person & did a great job, but it the light posts stop coming on. The bulbs are good, so it is the system that has a problem, and I am left hanging! I am at their mercy & I have no other solution but to put up with such nonsense!

We have been using One Touch for both our home and our business for years. They are incredibly responsive and easy to work with. If they can make technology easy for my wife to use, they can help anyone. :)
