TNT was great. I had a whole home system installed and I couldn't be happier. The app on my phone makes it so I can lock and unlock my doors, raise and lower my garage, and arm and disarm the system remotely. The salesman, Thayne, was great, and the installation was easy and professional. I liked it so much that I had them come out and switch over my business as well. That's when I met Trent, the other salesman, who was also great. I like dealing with a local company because I feel like they know me, and listen to what I need and can react quickly. You won't be disappointed with TNT Alarm.

TNT replaced my six year old alarm from a national company with a new unit that has more features and better protection for less money. And I was able to lock in a rate for three years. The national company seemed to raise rates annually while offering less and less service. I prefer to use local companies when possible. TNT has the right equipment, service and support for my needs. I am quite satisfied.

I have been with TNT Alarm Co. for approximately two years now. I switched from another popular provider mainly because I was tired of their ever increasing rates at approximately + two dollars per month every year with no additional services offered. I was attracted to TNT's excellent technology for a better price than the competitor. I also like that you can lock in your rate for X number of years with TNT and not have to worry about increasing rates. From the start TNT has offered excellent customer service. We had especially great service with the technician who did our installation he worked very hard to make everything work the way we wanted. The system has been very low maintenance. We haven't needed much interaction, however when we do it's always been excellent. I really like this company's personal touch. Thanks so much Thayne and TNT.

These guys have been a fantastic! The best customer service experience I have had with almost any company. They have great products at a fair price. I was really impressed with the one on one customer service we received. We had a friend recommend them and have not been disappointed. Their service guy was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We have had one alarm go off and I was very happy with the response from their customer service team. Local company, the owner gave me his personal number, and they understand their customers and their needs.

TNT is a professionally run company their staff are well qualified and courteous. Their installation crew is very efficient and respectful of the clients property.nI was so pleased with my home system I have had TNT install the system at my church.nThe response to alarms is instant, the options of remote monitoring is security blessing. I can look in at any time and can see if and when the system is armed and disarmed.nI would recommend TNT for security needs.
