We bought an upright piano a couple of years ago from here. They were very helpful and informative. After playing pianos for a couple of hours, they offered to move our three favorite pianos into the same room so we could get a good comparison the next day.nnThey also have a trade-in policy if you buy a piano from them, and it's nice to have that option in the future if we upgrade.
This is a great store. There is a very large selection of pianos and the staff members were so helpful. Brian spent a lot of time explaining the differences between each piano and helped me pick the best one for my needs. I highly recommend going here!
Excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Large selection of new and used pianos, and very knowledgeable staff. The delivery staff were fast and professional. I highly recommend them!
Not too bad, but lack of follow-up from Greg after transaction despite him saying they are about building relationships. Also, final offer was less amiable than what was verbally expressed beforehand.
Cannot rate Piano Solutions high enough. I loved just visiting the store and looking at the huge selection of pianos. They took the time to show me around, and the knowledgeable staff were able to thoroughly answer all of my questions. I was able to purchase a very nice used piano. The movers who brought it to my house did an excellent job as well. Overall I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
