Was followed around store. No thanks

Kohl's is a great place to shop! I went there to make a clothing purchase and my wife went with me. As we were walking across the store she saw a sale on purses at 80 percent off!!! Well, we looked at a lot of wonderful, well-made purses, and . . . the rest is history, as they say! Kohl's is . . . it goes without saying . . . the best place to shop!

Prices vary mid range up, some popular name brands mixed goods

The person working in the bedding department had no clue about what products they have for sale. Went to cashier and asked them to find person in charge of the department, and it was the same person! I was told that they did NOT have something that I needed (so far, I'm rating the store at one star).nThankfully I had a five star cashier named Kimberly. She was so awesome in getting me the best deal on what I was buying, that I took her advice and decided to shop a little more.nBut this is where the other shoe drops on the bedding department person. Less than 15 feet from where she had been standing there was a huge end cap display with what I had been looking for!!! And the grime on the display items (+ another employee) verified that the display had been there for a long time. How does a department head not know that an item that is not only sold there, but has a prominent promotional display is something that they sell?!nSo, one star for the department worker experience, and five stars for Kimberly at the cashier averages out at three stars.nI didn't spend any other time in the store, I was really grossed out by now filthy/grimy the display items were. So I went to the bathroom, washed up good, and left. It was nasty enough for the second floor employee to apologise. So, I have to deduct one more star. In summary:. Kimberly awesome - Kohl's bad.

It is very nice that they are a hub station for Amazon returns.
