Dunkin'

The service - the actual people - are great! The manager and personnel serve up some great donuts and also, do what they can to help seniors. BUT, they have room to do MUCH better about the safety and efficiency of ordering in person.nnThe location can't be helped, but proximity to the light at the entrance creates a hazard as people are turning into the plaza.nIt would be helpful if a DD representative or someone with authority and some kind of common sense, could assist in the formation of an orderly line that wound through the parking lot, instead of backing up to the intersection, to assist customers.

Always awesome. Drive up line is always long but they are doing their best to move it along fast. Great job guys!

The employees are very friendly. The coffee tasted very fresh. The inside of the store seems very well organized. Every time that I come in, the store is very clean. And the donuts are usually pretty good.

Terrible location, I waited in the drive thru line for 28 minutes. I ordered a Large Iced Carmel Latte, and a Large Iced Vanilla Latte. When I was served my drinks, they were 2 different colors! The Large Iced Carmel Latte was served to me with 0 coffee, it was just creamer and flavoring. I took a side by side picture of the 2 drinks. It is disturbing that Dunkin would even consider serving this drink! I’m very disappointed with Dunkin because the past few times I have visited Dunkin they haven’t gotten my order correct. I’m going to take a break from Dunkin for a few months and go to Starbucks!!!
