Jack's Donuts of Carmel

When Jacks first opened in Carmel, IN , the donuts were amazing. They just melted in your mouth. Now, you can taste the grease the donuts are deep-fried in. If it wasn’t for that, I would give them 5 stars. I hope they fix this.

I’ve never been treated so poorly at an establishment. I work in the customer service industry and was shocked by the service I received. This past Friday, October 23rd I called at 7am to check on their donut assortments for my work meeting. I drove 20 minutes because my work place loves the donuts here. The lady on the phone treated me like I was illiterate. Once I got there, she was the one to also help me with donuts. I hated the feeling when I left there. She glared at me, answered in a very rude tone and acted like I was such a bother. I even told her thanks and have a great day on the way out. She ignored me. I hope management looks into her performance because it really brings down the mood here. I absolutely love the donuts. Best Jacks around for the quality of donuts but the customer service will make me hesitant to come back.

Best glazed donut I have ever eaten. They are exceedingly fresh, very large, flavorful, not-too-sweet, with perfect texture and donut/glaze ratio. Because of Jack’s stellar donut reputation, I ordered a 12 choice and a 6 choice through Door Dash. I have not been in their store, so except for glazed, I just guessed at my choices. I opened their colorful and appealing box to see an artistic masterpiece arrangement of choices. I called to thank them and woman who spoke with me was lovely. I’m 65 and am staying home, these days, so I especially appreciate their delivery option. The donut holes are yummy, too!

Service is always nice even when they have a full house. Nothing but great experiences here. Prices that are reasonable.

This place is pure evil. Okay kidding. But seriously they make donuts so good that I find myself back there not even realizing how I got there. Then when you walk in...OMG the smells. Wow.
