Scott is a hard working local guy. This is the fastest internet we have had. He's always quick to respond to our messages. He's forgiving when I screwed up. He keeps you updated when they are working on things. I like that he's a real person and understands life.
Outstanding. He replaced my tv antenna on my 70' tower after a tornado took it away. Very accommodating and stands by his work. He even helped fix my internet because the ISP won't climb towers.

I spent hours with Scott trying to come up with a solution. He made super huge promises, spoke very highly of his abilities and guaranteed what he could do. I have waited 3 months, waiting, waiting, waiting and never returned. I fight internet issues every single day. He claims he can do what no one else can.... just not what I have experienced. Super nice guy. Very professional when we met.... BUT none of that matters if you dont deliver. My wife and children are home and NEED internet for safety, security etc. Complete let down. At minimum tell us you cant or wont help us, dont leave us hanging 3 months.
We have had our internet for a week now. Our old service was less the 1meg. Now we have close to 10 megs. Witch is really awesome since we are about 10 miles from the tower.nnWe had one small issue the day after our service was installed and they got it fixed right away.nnI highly recommend to anyone looking for internet service.
