Brandon Cooper, did a magnificent job explaining how to work our new phones. He is very knowledgeable.
Branson Cooper helped me replace a phone that had been in her pants pocket when they washed her clothes at the nursing home. She is 98 years old and I can only talk to her on the phone while looking through the window. He got me a new phone and helped me get it up and running tonight - Sunday night after the store was supposed to be closed. He went way above the call of duty and was very helpful, personable, and knowledgeable. Just a fine outstanding young man!

Very helpful for this technology challenged senior with new iPhone. All but one issue (with Apple Watch) was resolved & educated on the how-tos...remembering is a different issue;-)
