You wonder why people rather go online to offer stuff. Well we went in for an upgrade around 7 they close at 8. The lady was like I dont have time for an upgrade. Come back on monday. Like wow so sorry you cant do your job. Lazy empmoyess order online it's cheap fast and they know how to do the job.

They need more experience on what they are doing. And sale you things you really dont need to buy. They told me I need to buy the liquid screen protection or the phone could not leave the store with out it.
