Watch for unauthorized add ons when they transfer your data. That's when they transfer it. Charged me $25 but she didn't get everything. I had to return. Then I had to contact customer service a number of times to get the unauthorized charges off my bill. I was told by Verizon that when they work on commission this happens! Disappointed.
My son purchased a phone from them and was supposed to receive a return package in the mail to return his old phone for an upgrade. We never got the package and went back in the store to see what could be done. The store manager went above and beyond to talk to verizon corporate office to get a package sent to us so we were not charged for his old phone.
It’s always great to walk in and the employees know who you are and actually care about helping you! Always a great experience!
The only Verizon store we'll deal with. The best.
