After a quick phone call with brightnet, the rep was able to help me solve an issue - and was very friendly. Honestly made my day. Great people.
I have never been impressed with this company. Unfortunately, where we are located we can’t get any other service. We bought a new router from them ($90 worth!) and our internet is working worse than before—a fact I didn’t think was possible! My phone REFUSES to stay to connected to it—the internet constantly goes in and out, so I’m switching back to my old router & will be calling Monday with yet another complaint.
It's amazing their DSL is slow. Horrible system. I'm going to switch to Quality Cable Vision. Looks like speed and pricing is superior.
Great Service! Nice people! Great pricing! Only issue is internet goes out sometimes, but nothing out of the ordinary for internet providers. It is usually fixed very fast. Out of the many places my wife and I have lived, Brightnet has the best service and makes us feel like we are appreciated as customers.
We've never had an issue in all the years we've had Brightnet. I have no idea what all these negative reviews are about.
