I have had very good experience's with all of the men that work here,and as the one who is responsible for the care and upkeep of LCI trucks I HIGHLY recommend Penski for all you logistic needs.
the staff at Penske was very very friendly and pleasant even though they weren't able to fix my truck yesterday. I really can't hold it against them but that's why this is a four-star rating not a five.
I wish I could rate at zero, because I would. Very slow at service. doesn't fix it the first time. Doesn't return phone calls or call to let you know the vehicle is finished. Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere.
When you walk in the door, and the Service Manager makes eye to eye contact with you, then walks off without saying a word to you, Customer Service is not important to them. If I could rate them at 0 stars, it would be more accurate.
Small location, not as much staff as the others in the area, but they do an amazing job with what they have! They care not only about their trucks , but their customers and people.
