It’s sad that there are so few record stores around anymore but for those of us living in Michiana we’re fortunate to have Ignition - one of the best record stores around. I really love this place. They have a great selection of new vinyl and many genres as well. They also boast an impressive used vinyl and CD collection to shop through. They also sell some equipment. The atmosphere is exactly what you want in a record store and the location downtown is convenient and brings good vibes to the area. Personally, I think this place is way more than just a record store. They have live music and other events. To me Ignition is an institution in the area and easily my favorite record store between here and Indy.

Ignition garage has a large selection of records new and used. They also have cds and lots of music equipment. The best part is the various concerts they host. We've seen some really good local bands and bands from out of town. If this place doesn't have the records you're looking for they are always happy to order them. This place is worth checking out for sure! Especially if you're a music fan!
