I recently stopped into the downtown Goshen location when I was in need of a new phone. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I felt that all of my wants and needs were taken into account when they provided product and service recommendations. I also appreciated that they informed me of other services I could be taking advantage of and were thorough with answering all of my questions.
This place and service is amazing! Their locations in Goshen offer both state of the art as well as un-intimidating atmospheres. With so many other choices out there, I would not consider any other place. I highly recommend them. TCC has a good one in Scott Bontreger. He’s been mine and my family’s “phone guy” for many, many years and many, many phones ago. It’s clear that he’s incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his job and profession. All, while being patient and not making you feel inferior or unintelligent - while you try and navigate and figure out a high tech gadget that a phone can be. And working with his staff and coworkers, it’s evident that they have consistent training and they are so helpful. Looking forward to working with TCC and Scott on my next phone!
Emilee is AWESOME! I went in not knowing how my problem would be fixed and she solved it easily! And she entertained my kiddos while fixing my issues ud83dude01nI had gone to a different Verizon near my work yesterday, and was fully prepared to pay a couple hundred bucks because of what they told me. Emilee solved my problem and told me I didn't owe anything!!!!!!

Alex answered all my questions, no matter how crazy they were. I bought a new phone and he found me a better plan. He’s top-notch!
