Shari's Cafe and Pies

So I came in simply just to get a quick bite and leave. And to be honest I wasn’t expecting super amazing service since it was so close to closing time HOWEVER, I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of costumer service I received stepping into the doors. A server by the name of aunaleigha (I believe I spelt it right) was simply spectacular. When we went to get a box for our fries she gave us tips on how to re heat them and keep them crispy, she was extremely kind and helpful, she would come check on us and refill drinks without a problem. Even when we were paying the bill she came over with to go drinksnA refill of my pepsi and the free refill(which she technically already could have a free refill since it comes with purchasing the drink but she didn’t finish until we were done) for my friends hot coco which was extremely kind and I’m so very grateful. She was seriously amazing and I left in a way better mood than when I walked in which does not happen often to me in restaurants. I will defiantly be coming back to this specific sharies.

The food was really good. The hot chocolate was even better. The only issue is the service was taking forever. We were there for almost 3 hours and the business wasn't even that busy. It took us almost an hour wait and then waiting for the food was about an hour and a half. And the checks was another 30 minutes. No one even came to check up on us except for one time after the food.

If you like pie shakes, that is where they put a piece of pipe in your milkshake when they blend it, this is the place to go. You can't beat those and they always give you too much. For dinner I usually get their combo where I get half a sandwich and a cup of soup and I really like that. I got a little bit of everything and it is not too filling.

I love this place they're stuffed hash browns are worth going for alone. Sadly they closed most of the locations near me and I don't get it anymore, the closest is 40 minutes away, but I make it a point to stop anytime I'm near

Its a great option for breakfast or lunch. The service is usually prompt. The food however is just good. That is what happens when menus are strictly standardized. No ones fault, the company clearly does well and I do appreciate not cooking for myself.
