Came to this location August 14 with my kid and was greeted by the friendliest employee. She was honestly a bright spot in our day. The ice cream was great, the service was fast and friendly, and she was upbeat and eager to help us. Keeping up that level of enthusiasm in a customer service job during a pandemic is far from easy. I can’t wait to visit this location again.
Amazing ice cream. Also, for those who care, I saw a sign stating be that the ice cream and related products are kosher.nAlso I enjoy the waffle cones. Especially when I have a triple scoop cone. The waffle cone, at least for me, makes it easier to enjoy the ice cream.
9/10 would go again. They've got pretty good ice cream and pretty good shakes.
I had a wonderful experience with this story. I work at Oregon State Hospital and was putting together an ice cream social for some of the patients there. I worked with the owner, Kelly, who was very helpful in figuring out how much ice cream and toppings we needed. She was very friendly and made sure that our order was ready to pick up and everything was labeled and prepared as specified. She also was willing to give us a discount, which was really incredible. We will definitely be working with Kelly and baskin robbins again in the future for our ice cream needs.
