Cold Stone visits never fail! The staff here was awesome, theyre doing their best under the covid restrictions and serving folks with the utmost efficiency, professionalism and courtesy. They are moving as quickly as they can while still maintaining the social distancing guidelines and getting folks through so they can maximize the number of customers they serve. They were very polite and patient and I was very pleased with the end product we were given. Their ice cream was delicious and they served it exactly the way I hoped. I love that cheesecake ice cream! :D

Walked into this place around 5:55 PM today while waiting on my haircut next store. I Have never been to Coldstone but it was a hot wait so I wanted to get some ice cream. I walked in the door and there were no customers and two employees behind the counter. One was scooping ice cream and the other was watching him. I walked in and stood behind the counter after nobody bothered to look up or say a word. I stood there for a minute looking back and forth at the guys waiting for one of them to look up or say “I’ll be with you in just a minute” or something a long those lines. Nope not a word nor could they even look at me and acknowledge that I was there. I turned around and walked out and go figure they didn’t say anything on my way out.

Great ice cream friendly people

Usually I have amazing service but I went this last time on Friday and a boy named Kyle was waiting on me. Not only was he rude but he also did not fill my ours order fully full and when I asked him to put in the extra he left on the counter he charged me an extra $6.00 to just have it put in there. I love coldstone but I paid $15.00 for ice cream that is supposed to cost me $9.00.

My first time coming here I called in and nobody answered until the 3rd time I called they finally answered. They were busy and it was just about closing time and they just gave me the ice cream for free.
