As I walked towards the bakery the smell brought excitement. Inside, the shop was clean, bright, and inviting. The staff was friendly, efficient, and kind. I had a blueberry muffin. It was delicious! I enjoyed the texture, taste, and smell. Don’t be scared but I think it was whole grain and therefore healthy! Yum. I will definitely come back often.nnYes, they are all wearing masks, gloves, and sanitizing. The tables are placed 6 feet apart. It is safe. All were visibly healthy.

My wife and I were sightseeing in the city of Salem when we embraced by the sweet smell of baking bread. We followed our noses to the Cascade Bakery. The manager John, greeted us warmly and told us all about the company and their products. He was a great guy. We enjoyed talking about bread and our RV travels. We ended up buying two loaves and they are delicious!! John-- thanks for being part of our memorable day and memorable journey!

If you haven’t, I urge you to stop by and try thenItalian ciabatta!!! I stop by a few times a week to get this sandwich and It is amazing every time!!nThe staff are always so welcoming and warm not to mention a variety of sweets, breads and other sandwiches, all of their food is delicious!

FRESH!!!! The people are friendly, kind, helpful and the food is delicious. I have had their sandwiches, pastries, breads. I make it a point to go each week at least one time when I am in Salem. The young people are extremely respectful. The owner has taken his time to make sure everything is right. This is the type of business we need in 2020 going forward. Consistently a very positive experience.

They make delicous breads and savory's. The staff are totally chill and wonderful.
