My stuff has been safe here 4 years good security and wonderful staff

My husband & I have had a unit at Staylock for approximately 1 year. Recently my husbands Harley Davidson motorcycle was stolen from our unit along with other items. My husband has had that motorcycle for 34 years. It is a family heirloom. Staylock denied us the right to view the video from time of theft, which I feel is our right. Also the detective n charge of our case has NOT viewed said video. Staylock staff informed us video showed nothing tangible. The detective in charge of our case, is going to further investigate that. Also, after we have had storage unit all this time, last Saturday Staylock staff accused my husband & myself of living in our storage unit. They actually stated that it was our first warning that we can't live in our storage unit. The staff member was disrespectful & rude. This experience was degrading & humiliating! My questions are; what good are the cameras? Obviously our possessions aren't as safe as we thought. Why are we denied the right to view video from time of theft? WHY are staff members allowed to be rude & disrespectful? Especially after we have had a storage unit for at least a year? I'm very disappointed in the fact that supposedly cameras didn't video anything tangible.( what good are these cameras?) So if you think your possessions are safe, & if your unit is broken into it will be videoed, thus helping, think again.
