I have tried many time to pay my bill on the my metro app since last jan. When i got my card. Only change to the card was exp date and sec. Code and app tells me invalid card but the card works at the store just cant pay on app so then if i go to the store i get a fee charged for paying in person i am so dissatisfied with this place then employees when yoy go in are rude and even worse when i call and trying to get a manager dont even bother with that absolutely the worst place ive ever been with if i could have rated a 0 thats what i would have given
I’ve been with metro since they open and the new guy they have working here is the rudest person I’ve met
Just showed up 20 minutes before close and the doors were already locked and the worker was still inside. I knocked on the door and no answer. He stayed in the back. The website says eight but even if they do close at seven I was there 20 minutes before that and the store was already closed. It’s a shame because I already have my new phone all I needed to do was switch over sim cards. Very highly upset. I’m a working woman that needs a phone and I rushed around to make it there on time. Metro workers should not be locking up 20 minutes before close especially when they could be making a sale in that amount of time.
The staff at metro are very helpful and I have never had a problem with the service. Anywhere I go I have service. When I have been charged double they always make it right and never rude. This is a very respectful location
