They sold me opened games at full price and the casing was also damaged. My trade ins were in far better condition then the (new) games they sold me. When I went in to have it fixed all they could do is replace the casing. The casing wasn't even the same and the cover art wouldn't fit right in it. Over all I feel completely ripped off. I don't recommend doing business with them as they will swindle you.
Rude employees. Asked a simple question and got a snooty answer. Seems all the gamestops have been getting like this. Fine with me, walmart has everything that I need for cheaper.
They're closing soon... but it was a hell of a ride.
