Had very good service had to go back twice and solved our issue thanksud83dudc4dud83cudffb
The lady that took care of us claimed to be the manager. She was super nice but a week later I found out that our phones were on a seperate plan and it was charging us way more then what she had said. Was on the phone with att for 45 min until it was all fixed like it should have been. Never going back. They don't know what they r doing!!!
The staff is friendly, had an issue with my account being suspended. I paid for a new sim card which was no big deal but I needed to call to reactivate my service. They have no phone for a customer to use in the store if you need to call ATT customer service, then I called and they said I shouldn't have even needed a new sim they just needed to unsuspend my service. The staff was nice but I feel as if my problem was something they should've been able to fix in store and not cost me money., And it only took the store 2 months to respond back to this feedback. Hopefully by now they have a phone in the store customers can useud83dude09
Service was fast and fun. I had a good time talking to the employee that helped me.
Wasn't warned of penalties for canceling lines, despite asking. Had insurance added without asking. Total monthly increase did not match the numbers I was given. Had to follow up with online support to get things straightened out. Better to just buy from them online to begin with.
