Panera Bread

Classic good'ol panera. Fast service, clean environment, good food. I've never had a bad experience here. Their small outdoor seating area is great and they layout inside is nice. My sandwich was delicious and all my homies loved their soup. Nothing not to like here!nThere were even a few little bees vibin outside with us tryna get a bite but we didn't let em.

Not impressed.nPortion sizes are pathetic to say the least. We wanted a good bowl of soup. Instead we received cup size...if that. I have a larger cup for soup...this would have filled it half full. Then there was the salad portions.....smaller than any other salad I've had. Next time I'll go to olive garden ... seriously. So two very small soups and salads ...couldn't eat in, and not worth $20!

Service was horrible. My wife ordered 5 items for coworkers for curbside pickup. When she arrived for pickup she was told to come and get the order herself. She came in and grabbed the order. But then realized in the car there were no utensils or napkins. She had to go back to retrieve them. Workers were very very unfriendly.

Usually like going to Panera, but this time they forgot our side orders, took 15 minutes per person in the drive through, but their dining room is closed bc of covid, and got order wrong too. Ever since they moved buildings their service and quality has gone down significantly and it makes me kinda sad, I used to really like going here.

I ordered a bowl of soup with bread so coarse the plate will be unbalanced ( that's on me). After I was called over for my plate, picked it up and turned to walk towards the tables, 3 employees including what I believed was the manager crossed in front of me several times because one employee was confused about where she was to deliver some food. Each of them came close to knocking the plate out of my hands, none of them even said excuse me or acknowledged my presence. I also had to return to the counter for a cup for the drink that I had ordered.
