Carlos was a great help with changing our plan after an unwillingness to help from the reps in the Verizon store in Glenbrook mall in Ft. Wayne.nThe online change process is not intuitive and over the phone you can't seem to easily talk to a real person. So thanks to Carlos we are sure we got upgraded to the advertised plan we received an email about.
Awesome customer service. Scott took care of me from getting new phones to putting on the screen protectors. I will definitely recommend TCC to my friends and family.
The Goshen Indiana store is by FAR the worst I've been to. They lied to me and another person more than once! I would go without a phone before stepping in this crooked store! A worker from there also works at the Elkhart store too. I love Verizon but that store is worthless! If I had an enemy I wouldn't send them in there for ANYTHING.nKristy Isaac
I love the family prepaid plan! so cheap and 10x better than boost mobile and 100x better customer service really cares about their customers especially Ben! Helped me switch over and didn’t give up even though our company was being so hard to us! Recommend 100%
