Dunkin'

I used to come to Dunkin several times a week to get an iced coffee on my way to work. There was a great staff working there that was speedy and friendly. About two months ago, something happened and the staff is entirely different and the place is so slow it’s not funny. And I also don’t feel like I get the personalized service that I used to get with the old staff. Sad!

Good food but ridiculously slow. There's no reason I should be sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes before even getting to the window. Should be more prepared for lunch rush.

This place was great before the new management .now it takes forever to get through the drive through. There is no since of urgency to get the orders out and keep the line moving. I've seen a lot of customers leaving because they don't want to wait 45 minutes ud83dude12

I used to love to come to Dunkin on lincolnway East but now that they've changed the morning crew I won't be going there. I have to wait 30 to 45 minutes in line and no coffee is that good when there's a Starbucks right down the road. I don't know the names of the other crew but there was a man and very friendly girls now The new crew sometimes get my order right. I questioned them and they said they got a new manager. I don't know if that's true but I'll try them a couple more times and if it doesn't get any better goodbye. I'm sure you won't miss my business but I feel better.

Really good coffee drinks when they make it right for you
