Not much to say other then greatly improved with the newer staff in the recent year.

Very helpful staff! I needed an iPhone charger and left one happy customer. I will only come here for all my gaming needs.

Excellent customer service by the entire staff. Even if their busy, you'll get a greeting, and outstanding service as soon as they finish with the customers ahead of you. I'll go here every time, even with other gamestop's closer to me.

The manager is always super nice and helpful. I have never left disappointed or still angry about an issue. The store itself is always organized and clean, everything is easy to find but if not help is not hard to come by.
