I was sold a useless iPhone, no warning I wouldn’t be able to get it even though I prefaced our discussion with, and kept talking about; traveling. Knowing the company in general operates in different districts or to keep my physical receipt (for a, you know, electronics company) would have helped would have been great too. Not to mention I got up sold on wireless headphones that do not work on my phone. Great. Super.

Went to change my service, the woman was extremely rude, this was on 7/9/2020 around 4:30 p.m. I guess they have so many customers they don't want anymore!🤪

Unreliable phone service & customer service is the norm for Metro PCS.

We went in yesterday right before closing time, and all three employees helped us to get the quickest service. All three were very helpful and very kind, we will definatly be referring this Metro to all our friends and family.
